1. Scope
This agreement governs the use of all software extensions (“Apps”) provided by Simplex Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. License Grant
Simplex Solution grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps within a valid Business Central environment.
3. Trial License
Some Apps may include time-limited trial licenses. After expiration, functionality may be restricted until a valid license is obtained.
4. License Validation
Apps may perform license validation via external services. This may include transmission of technical identifiers such as Tenant ID and Environment Name.
5. Restrictions
Users may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Apps.
6. Data Processing
Apps process data within Business Central.
Limited technical data may be transmitted externally for licensing purposes.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
All Apps are provided “as is”.
8. Limitation of Liability
Simplex Solution is not liable for indirect damages.
9. Governing Law
German law applies.
