This policy applies to all software solutions provided by Simplex Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Data Processed
Depending on the App and its configuration, the following data may be processed:
- Business data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Technical identifiers (Tenant ID, Environment Name, License Status)
- Contact data (e.g., name, company, email address, phone number) provided for licensing, registration, or support purposes
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed for:
- Providing application functionality
- License activation, registration, and validation
- Customer support and communication
- Contract management
4. External Services
Some Apps may transmit data to external services hosted by Simplex Solution using Microsoft Azure (e.g., Logic Apps).
This may include contact and technical data required for licensing and registration.
5. Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the App)
6. Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for licensing, contractual obligations, or legal requirements.
7. Data Sharing
Personal data is not shared with third parties except:
- where required for service operation (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
- or where legally required
8. Data Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data.

Users have the right to:
